As
indicated below, Alpha-Omega has the capability of tackling the most challenging
projects. The wide variety of services
provided allows the project management team to see the project from many different
angles simultaneously. This comprehensive
approach serves to better define the real problem areas and lessens the chance
for oversight in a corresponding area. For instance, a site remediation that jeopardizes
on-site workers or requires excessive training may need additional thought
before implementation. We pride ourselves
on knowing our client’s operations and the long-term ramifications of our
recommendations. Our services are
broken down into two major divisions, Environmental and Civil. Our qualifications relating to each is discussed
in the following sections.
ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES
Alpha-Omega
provides comprehensive experience covering virtually all aspects of environmental
permitting, site assessments, investigations, and remediation design.
We coordinate our services to meet the requirements of the Resource
Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Comprehensive Environmental Response,
Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA),
the Clean Water Act (CWA), Oil Pollution Act (OPA), Clean Air Act (CAA), and
other federal, state, and local environmental programs.

environmental services can be divided into five general categories:
It
is very common during environmental investigations to require the need of
specialty services such as drillers, laboratories, and heavy equipment contractors.
At Alpha-Omega, we have developed relationships with many specialty
contractors providing services throughout the world.
These long standing relationships are critical in developing a cohesive
project team with proven results.
Many
of the services provided for one category are also used in another. Therefore, having a good working knowledge
of all related areas is of great value. We
pride ourselves taking a multi-disciplined approach to our projects so that
we can provide comprehensive and cost-effective solutions. Many times, we can head off future problems
by identifying them while working on unrelated items.
CIVIL SERVICES
In
addition to our environmental services, Alpha-Omega provides civil engineering
services primarily for site development. Our experience includes virtually
all aspects of civil/site design from site selection to preparing as-built
drawings. We have provided civil engineering services for agricultural, commercial,
industrial, and governmental clients in the following areas:
Alpha-Omega maintains professional
engineering registrations in nine states. If additional registrations are
necessary, we can usually obtain registration through reciprocity very quickly
in all but a few states.
