Help

This site was developed for use with Microsoft Internet Explorer. If something isn't displaying correctly on your screen, it's possible you would benefit from downloading a current version of your browser of choice. There are several features available that may allow more enjoyable viewing of this site.

Text Size
For your convenience, our website will allow its users to size the text to their personal preference using Internet Explorer. In the menu at the top of your browser window labeled 'View' there is an item labeled 'Text Size', which opens a sub-menu. This sub-menu should have the items 'Largest', 'Larger', 'Medium', 'Smaller', and 'Smallest'. One of these items should be marked; this is your current font size. Selecting a higher font size will make the letters on the website larger (and possibly easier to read), while a lower font size will make the letters smaller, letting you see more of the web page at once.

Resolution
This site appears best when viewed at a resolution of 1024x768. To change your settings on a computer running Windows 2000/XP, go to your Start Menu and open the "control panel". Choose "Display" from the list of options. Select the "Settings" tab located on the top of your screen. Near the bottom of the screen you'll see that you can change "Pixel Settings" with a sliding adjuster. Adjust it to 1024x768.

Printing
You can print documents from this website either by using the browser's print function or by downloading and printing the Adobe Acrobat file associated with the document. To print any web page with the browser's print function, look for a printer button and click it to print the document on the screen, or select "PRINT" from the "FILE" menu. To print the Acrobat file, first click on the 'Acrobat page' button. Most extension-style documents have been converted into Adobe's Acrobat PDF format. Clicking on the 'Acrobat' button will link you to the document's Adobe Acrobat 'PDF' file. This file, when opened in an Acrobat reader will present (and print) the document as it appeared when it was first created. If you have your browser configured as a 'helper application', it will download automatically when you click on the button.

If you do not have Adobe's Acrobat Reader, you may download it from their web site at: http://www.adobe.com/prodindex/acrobat/readstep.html. Follow the instructions on their web page to download, install, and use Acrobat Reader with your web browser.
